Job Title: Child Care Provider

Job Description

As a Child Care Provider at Tiny Tots Childcare Center, you will be responsible for the daily care and supervision of children ranging in age from infants to preschoolers. You will create a positive and inclusive learning environment where children can explore, play, and develop essential skills. Your main duties will include:

• Supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate activities
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Changing diapers and assisting with potty training
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care
• Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues
• Keeping the childcare center clean and organized

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working with young children and have a genuine love for education. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility and patience
