Position: Physical Therapist
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Tirr. In this role, you will work directly with patients to help them recover from injuries, surgeries, or other physical ailments. You will be responsible for developing treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises, and monitoring progress to ensure the best possible outcomes for each individual.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and needs
- Develop customized treatment plans based on individual goals and capabilities
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of [insert state]
