Job Title: Financial Services Specialist

Location: Houston, TX

Responsibilities:

• Manage merchant accounts and provide exceptional customer service to existing clients
• Develop relationships with new clients and identify their payment processing needs
• Implement and maintain credit card processing solutions for businesses
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Services, specifically in Credit Card-Merchant Services or Credit Cards & Plans Equipment & Supplies
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems and merchant services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
