Title Loan Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with loan applications and provide guidance on the loan process
• Evaluate customer’s financial situation and determine loan eligibility
• Process loan applications and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from customers
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
