Job Description
Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? Do you have experience working with major appliances and enjoy troubleshooting issues? If so, we are looking for a Major Appliance Technician to join our team at TNG Appliance Repair Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair major household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and explaining the repair process
- Order parts and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient repair services
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on appliances
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in major appliance repair
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Certification in refrigeration repair is a plus
