Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients in need of legal assistance. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing and handling a caseload of clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings. The successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and handle a caseload of clients
• Conduct legal research
• Draft legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel
• Stay up-to-date on changes in the law
• Assist with business development and marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 2+ years of experience practicing law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with business development and marketing a plus
