We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Line Cook
• Server
• Host/Hostess
• Dishwasher

Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Tommy’s Grill & Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our delicious menu items with precision and care. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented beautifully to our customers.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking

Position: Server

As a Server at Tommy’s Grill & Cafe, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing friendly and attentive service to our customers. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure that customers have a memorable dining experience with us.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a server in a restaurant
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of menu items and willingness to learn about our offerings

Position: Host/Hostess

As a Host/Hostess at Tommy’s Grill & Cafe, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them with a warm welcome and seating them in the restaurant. You will also manage reservations, take phone calls, and ensure that the dining area is clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
• Experience working in a customer-facing role is a plus

Position: Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher at Tommy’s Grill & Cafe, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. You will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as keeping the kitchen area clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Experience working in a kitchen environment is preferred
• Willingness to learn and take on additional tasks as needed
