Position: Hotel Category Specialist

As a Hotel Category Specialist at Topsport USA, you will be responsible for managing and growing our western apparel and supplies category within the hotel industry. This role involves working closely with hotel clients to understand their needs, sourcing the best products, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the hotel category within the western apparel and supplies segment
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Research market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for product development
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive advantage
• Create promotional campaigns and marketing materials to drive sales and increase brand awareness
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the hospitality or retail industry, preferably within the western apparel and supplies segment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and suppliers
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
