Job Title: Building Contractor

Job Description

Total Team Construction is currently seeking experienced Building Contractors to join our team. As a Building Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
• Ensure that all work meets industry standards and client specifications
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to achieve project goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
