Position Available: Barista

As a Barista at Tower One Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to customer preferences
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Strong attention to detail
