Job Description:

At TPA Systems Inc, we are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Insurance Specialist to join our team. As an Employee Benefits Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative services related to employee benefits insurance programs for our clients. Your main duties will include:

• Enrolling new employees in benefits programs
• Assisting employees with claims and benefit inquiries
• Coordinating open enrollment periods
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• Working closely with insurance carriers to resolve issues

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in employee benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits insurance programs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
