Job Responsibilities

Physicians

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients
• Diagnose and treat various medical conditions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Registered Nurses

• Assess patient health and administer medications
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to physicians
• Assist with medical procedures and treatments
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Medical Assistants

• Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
• Take patient vital signs and record medical history
• Perform basic lab tests and prepare specimens for testing
• Ensure patient comfort and confidentiality

Front Desk Coordinators

• Greet patients and check them in for appointments
• Schedule patient appointments and manage incoming calls
• Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Medical Billing Specialists

• Submit insurance claims and follow up on unpaid claims
• Verify patient insurance coverage and determine co-pays
• Resolve billing issues and answer patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate billing records and reports
