We are looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team!

As an Event Coordinator at Treats by TYGR LLC, you will play a key role in planning and executing a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and then bring that vision to life through meticulous planning and execution. Your attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring that each event is executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
  • Create event proposals and budgets based on client needs
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, decor, entertainment, and logistics
  • Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of services
  • Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown
  • Provide on-site coordination and support during events
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues or concerns that may arise

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in event planning and coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of Creole & Cajun cuisine and culture is a plus
