Position: Home Builder

Job Description

As a Home Builder at Trend Homes, Inc., you will play a critical role in the construction of our clients’ dream homes. You will work closely with our project managers and design team to bring our clients’ visions to life. You will be responsible for all aspects of home building, from framing and roofing to finishing touches and landscaping. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will be key to ensuring that each home we build meets our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in home building or construction
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
