Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Tricon Tool & Supply Inc, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their hardware tool needs in a fast-paced retail environment. You will provide product knowledge, advice, and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, restocking inventory, and processing transactions at the register.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the right tools and supplies for their projects
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Restock inventory and ensure products are properly displayed
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of hardware tools and supplies is a plus
