Position: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
• Educate clients on the various insurance products offered by Trieca Insurance
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to secure new business
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to assess risks and determine appropriate coverage for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the insurance application and claims process
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Insurance license or willingness to obtain one
