Job Description:

As a Flooring Contractor at Trinity Hardwood Distributors, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining hardwood flooring for residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their flooring needs and provide expert advice on the best hardwood materials for their projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring and cutting hardwood flooring, as well as sanding and finishing the floors to ensure a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install hardwood flooring according to industry standards and best practices
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a flooring contractor
• Knowledge of hardwood flooring materials and installation techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Strong communication and customer service skills
