Job Responsibilities:

• Create innovative and high-quality cocktails for our guests, following recipes and specifications.
• Promote a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests, providing exceptional service at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the bar manager and team to develop new cocktail recipes and menu offerings.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume cocktail lounge or similar environment.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Valid bartending certification or willingness to obtain one.
