Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning Consultant to join our team. As a Financial Planning Consultant at Tristar, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial planning services to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis for clients to understand their current financial situation.
  • Develop customized financial plans based on clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
  • Provide ongoing financial advice and guidance to clients to help them stay on track towards their financial objectives.
  • Recommend investments, insurance products, and other financial solutions to meet clients’ needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients’ financial plans regularly to ensure they remain aligned with their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or related field.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.
  • Strong understanding of investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and insurance products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite.
