Job Title: Massage Therapist

Job Description:

As a Massage Therapist at TRMT Massage Therapy & Spa, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality massage treatments to our clients. You will work closely with our team of experienced therapists to assess clients’ needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide exceptional care during each session. Your primary responsibility will be to perform various massage techniques to address clients’ specific concerns and promote overall wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with clients to determine their individual needs and preferences
• Perform customized massage treatments based on clients’ conditions and requests
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients’ progress and treatment plans
• Adhere to all spa policies and procedures to ensure a safe and professional environment
• Continuously educate yourself on new massage techniques and industry trends

Requirements:

• Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional massage therapy setting
• Proficiency in various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
