Job Title: Legal Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of legal research, document preparation, and case management
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys with case preparation
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Manage case files and ensure all documents and information are organized and up-to-date
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather information and assist with case preparation
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience working in a legal environment is preferred
