We are currently hiring for the following position:

Associate Pastor

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior pastor in leading worship services and Bible studies
• Provide pastoral care and counseling to church members
• Help plan and coordinate outreach events and community service projects
• Lead youth and young adult ministries
• Collaborate with other church staff and volunteers to fulfill the church’s mission

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed and ordained Baptist minister
• Experience in pastoral ministry and leadership roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for serving others and sharing the gospel
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people
