Position Available: Business Law Attorney

We are currently looking for a Business Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business law and a proven track record of success in handling complex legal matters for clients. As a Business Law Attorney at Tumey LLP, you will work closely with our clients to provide them with sound legal advice and representation in a wide range of business-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on business law matters
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and filings
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Stay up-to-date with changes in business law and regulations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing business law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
