Job Overview

As an Investment Analyst at Turnbridge Capital, you will play a critical role in evaluating and executing investment opportunities across a variety of industries. You will work closely with senior members of the team to conduct due diligence, analyze financial statements, create financial models, and support deal structuring and negotiation. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the world of private equity and make a meaningful impact on the success of our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Create detailed financial models to evaluate potential returns and risks
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for the investment committee
• Support the execution of transactions, including deal structuring and negotiation
• Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to drive value creation initiatives within portfolio companies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
