Position: General Contractor

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure profitability
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Valid contractor’s license
