We Are Hiring: Community Organizer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders
• Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and meetings
• Develop and implement strategies to address community needs and issues
• Advocate for policies and programs that benefit the community
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve common goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field
• Experience working in community organizing or advocacy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for social justice and community empowerment
