Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and design preferences for their bathroom remodel
• Create detailed project plans and budgets, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure all materials and services are delivered on schedule
• Execute the demolition, construction, and installation phases of the bathroom remodel with precision and excellence
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to ensure the highest standards are met
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the project and address any concerns or changes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bathroom remodeling projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work related to bathroom remodeling
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in the construction industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

TX-Construction is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. As an integral part of our project planning process, the Construction Estimator will be responsible for accurately forecasting project costs, preparing bids, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work to determine accurate cost estimates
• Prepare detailed project bids, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates
• Analyze and evaluate potential risks and opportunities for cost savings in project estimates
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to present and justify cost estimates

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in the construction industry
• Proficient in estimating software and tools
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and labor costs
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
