Position: Restaurant Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service, leading a team, and creating a positive dining experience for guests? Uncle Julio’s Fine Mexican Food is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting financial objectives
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver excellent service and uphold Uncle Julio’s standards
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and growth opportunities for staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and culture is a plus
• Food Handler’s Certification
