Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Software Developer
- Proficient in Java, C++, or Python

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Position: Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist at Unicorn Hro, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical assistance and support for our software solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ satisfaction and success with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner
- Document and track client issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Train clients on how to use our software effectively
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
