Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with job seekers to understand their skills and career goals

- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to ensure fit for job openings
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in recruitment or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
