Job Title: Auto Insurance Sales Agent

Location: Various locations across the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive base salary plus commission

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals
• Educate customers on the different types of auto insurance coverage options
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients
• Review and analyze insurance policies to ensure proper coverage
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
• Collaborate with underwriters to provide accurate quotes
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in auto insurance sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• State insurance license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
