Position: Mortgage Loan Officer

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer at Universal American Mortgage Co, you will be responsible for helping clients secure the right mortgage product for their needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the mortgage industry and enjoys helping people achieve their homeownership goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on different types of mortgage products available
• Assist clients in completing loan applications
• Evaluate clients’ financial situations to determine eligibility for loans
• Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with clients
• Ensure all loan documentation is complete and accurate
• Collaborate with underwriters and processing teams to ensure timely loan processing
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Self-motivated and driven
• Current NMLS license
