Position: Florist

Job Description

• Create and design floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events.
• Work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a florist is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Position: Retail Sales Associate

Job Description

• Assist customers in selecting floral arrangements, plants, silk and dried flowers, and gift baskets.
• Process customer transactions accurately using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of flowers, plants, and gift basket products.
• Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
