Position: Health & Welfare Clinics Specialist

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive health and welfare services to individuals in need
• Assess the healthcare needs of patients and develop personalized treatment plans
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the continuity of care
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current on healthcare best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, or related field
• Valid certification as a Registered Nurse or Social Worker
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare or social services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
