– Oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s field service division
– Manage a team of technicians and engineers to achieve operational goals
– Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability

Qualifications

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
– Relevant technical degree or certification
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
