Job Description:

As a counselor at Unload it Therapy, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate counseling sessions to help clients work through their issues and achieve their therapeutic goals. You will work closely with clients to provide support, guidance, and encouragement as they navigate through challenging situations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Assess clients’ needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide support and guidance to clients
• Help clients work through issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Collaborate with other members of the therapy team

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Licensed as a professional counselor
• Experience providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude
