Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Multiple locations nationwide

Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Updated Furniture, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces for their homes. You will greet customers, answer their questions, and provide product information. Additionally, you will help customers navigate our showroom, offer suggestions, and ultimately close sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong knowledge of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding the right furniture pieces for their needs
• Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have
• Help customers navigate our showroom and make recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of furniture and home decor trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude
