1. General Contractors

Job Responsibilities:
– Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
– Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to schedule
– Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
– Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors
– Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as needed

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting
– Strong project management skills
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of building codes and regulations
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

2. Real Estate Developers

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for real estate development? UPI Builders is looking for Real Estate Developers to join our team and help us bring our projects to life. As a Real Estate Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our communities through innovative and sustainable development projects.

Job Responsibilities:
– Identify and evaluate potential real estate development opportunities
– Develop comprehensive business plans for new projects
– Manage all aspects of the development process, from initial concept to completion
– Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
– Stay informed about market trends and opportunities for growth

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
– 7+ years of experience in real estate development
– Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
– Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
– Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

3. Building Contractors

UPI Builders is seeking skilled Building Contractors to join our construction team. As a Building Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. – Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site
– Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
