Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Forwarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of freight forwarding, including coordinating shipments, negotiating rates with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international and domestic shipments in compliance with customs regulations.
• Negotiate rates with carriers to secure cost-effective transportation solutions.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including addressing inquiries and resolving any shipping-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other logistics software.
