Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of major appliances, including dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and more
• Provide exceptional customer service while on service calls
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Order parts and maintain inventory levels

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in appliance repair or a related field
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, washers, and dryers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Certification from an accredited trade school or apprenticeship program is a plus
