Position: Clinic Manager

We are currently seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee our health and welfare clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for improving community health outcomes. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising clinic staff and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Developing and implementing clinic policies and procedures
• Managing clinic budgets and financial operations
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care
• Leading staff development and training initiatives

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
