Position: Immigration Law Attorney

Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Immigration Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals. As an Immigration Law Attorney at Valle Reina A, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of immigration cases, including but not limited to:

• Asylum applications
• Green card applications
• Deportation defense
• Fiancé/fiancée visas
• Citizenship applications

Responsibilities

• Providing legal counsel to clients on immigration matters
• Preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications
• Representing clients in immigration court proceedings
• Researching and staying up-to-date on immigration laws and policies
• Building and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
