About the Role:

As the Communications Director for our Churches & Places of Worship division, you will play a critical role in shaping the narrative and messaging of our clients. You will work closely with church leadership to develop communication strategies that resonate with their congregation and community. Your creativity and passion for storytelling will help churches and ministries effectively share their mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication plans to help churches reach their target audience
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with church leaders to ensure messaging aligns with their vision and values
• Monitor and analyze communication efforts to measure impact and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in church communications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in communications, preferably in a church or nonprofit setting
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
