Job Title: Document Destruction Specialist
Job Description:
- Perform on-site and off-site document destruction services for clients
- Operate shredding equipment and ensure proper disposal of shredded materials
- Maintain client confidentiality and security protocols at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
- Assist with inventory management and record-keeping
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in document destruction or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict security protocols
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
