Vaquerano Law Firm Inc – Family Law Attorney Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for family law and a strong desire to help clients navigate the complexities of family legal matters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings related to family law matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, and paternity cases.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on family law issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
• Stay current on developments in family law and related legal areas.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and satisfaction.
