We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking experienced General Contractors to join us on various projects.
Job Title: General Contractor
Location: Various locations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project schedules and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Contractor
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
