Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business by contacting potential customers and promoting our insurance products
• Educate clients on the different types of coverage available and help them choose the best option for their needs
• Process policy changes and assist customers with policy-related inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly basis
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software
• Property and Casualty license required
