Position: Home Health Aide

Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing essential assistance to our clients, such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. You will work closely with clients and their families to ensure their overall well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and ensure dietary requirements are met.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
