Join Our Team

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Verdant Tree Farm. If you have a passion for plants, trees, and all things green, we want to hear from you! Whether you are an experienced professional or just starting out in the industry, we have a variety of positions available to suit your skills and interests.

Positions Available

Garden Center Associate

– Assist customers with selecting the perfect plants and trees for their gardens
– Provide expert advice on planting, watering, and caring for a variety of species
– Maintain a clean and organized retail space
– Operate cash registers and handle transactions

Nursery Technician

– Propagate and cultivate a wide range of plants and trees
– Monitor plant health and perform pest and disease control measures
– Water, fertilize, and prune plants as needed
– Assist with inventory management and restocking

Tree Service Specialist

– Provide tree planting, pruning, and removal services for residential and commercial clients
– Safely operate equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and bucket trucks
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

– Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and gardening practices
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
