We are seeking an experienced Computer Network Design & Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures. Responsibilities for this role include:

• Designing and implementing scalable network solutions
• Performing network upgrades and enhancements
• Troubleshooting network issues and providing technical support
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

2. Computer Technical Assistance & Support Specialist

We are looking for a Computer Technical Assistance & Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
• Installing and configuring software and hardware
• Documenting support activities and solutions

3. Computer System Designers & Consultants

We are on the lookout for Computer System Designers & Consultants to join our team and assist in designing innovative solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system design and consulting, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and propose tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs
• Designing custom system solutions based on client requirements
• Providing consultation and recommendations for system improvements
• Testing and implementing system designs to ensure seamless integration

Qualifications

To be considered for any of the above positions, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus
